A new deli and market is expected to open this week, replacing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/food\/article\/kunstler-brewing-san-antonio-closure-21100709.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">a short-lived beer house<\/a> from a locally loved brewery.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Park @ 510 Deli &amp; Market has arrived at the Pereida House in Hemisfair, as owner and chef Rene Fernandez announced on Facebook that the opening day was set for Tuesday, October 6. Fernandez is known around Southtown for his existing restaurants, Hola! and Az\u00faca Nuevo Latino, which are nearby the newer deli concept.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Based on information on its website, Park @ 510 Deli &amp; Market is a casual eatery with paninis and ceviche topping the menu along with a lineup of salads, juices, smoothes, charcuterie boards and fruit cups. The market side of the business is said to stock gifts, local provisions and gourmet snacks that will rotate out over time. Additionally, Park @ 510 has a bar that serves wine, beer and mocktails.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Business partner Antonio\u00a0Guerrero said that the goal is to serve the surrounding neighborhood and downtown visitors showing up to Hemisfair for events.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a blessing to be here,\u201d Guerrero said.<\/p>\n<p>The Pereida House was previously home to Kunstler Tap House, which shuttered in 2025 after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/business\/article\/cesar-chavez-construction-18409255.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">a 2-year battle with construction<\/a> that took over the intersection of Durango and Alamo Street for several years. Hola! and \u00a0Az\u00faca Nuevo Latino were also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/news\/local\/article\/south-alamo-construction-19723595.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">impacted by the extensive\u00a0construction<\/a>, and MySA spoke to Fernandez about similar difficulties in 2023 and again in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>We tried calling Park @ 510 Deli &amp; Market and sent an email to the business to confirm opening times and any other details not included on the restaurant&#8217;s website.
