Centurion American, the developer for the planned mixed-use development<\/a> at the former Collin Creek Mall, is seeking to change the location for a planned 49,946-square-foot hotel on the development.<\/p>\n Senior City Planner Lilyana Morejon said the city is required to call a public hearing if a development cannot receive signatures from all property owners in the district for a change to the current development plan. <\/p>\n Morejon said the public hearing will follow the regular process for zoning cases.
