A new breakfast spot is coming to El Paso’s Lower Valley.<\/p>\n

Dunkin’ Donuts<\/a> was founded in 1950 in Quincy, Massachusetts. With more than 14,000 stores in over 40 global markets, it is now the largest coffee and donuts brand in the United States.<\/p>\n

Beyond serving up coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches, Dunkin’ oversees The Joy in Childhood Foundation, a charity that has so far helped around 2.6 million children facing hunger.<\/p>\n

Where is it?<\/p>\n

The new Dunkin’ Donuts will be located at 9631 North Loop Drive in El Paso’s Lower Valley, according to the city’s permit and licensing page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The new restaurant is located in a largely undeveloped area just off of North Americas Avenue. It will be located next door to a Circle K and just down the road from a residential area.<\/p>\n

What was there before?<\/p>\n

The new Dunkin’ Donuts is being built atop a currently vacant lot.<\/p>\n

Plans call for the construction of a new, free-standing Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant with a drive-thru.<\/p>\n

Who is the contractor?<\/p>\n

The city’s website does not list the contractor, but the applicant for the project is John Sponseller of Lakewood, Colorado. The owner is listed as Murad Fazal of Chicago, Illinois.<\/p>\n

The project is valued at $600,000.<\/p>\n
