Ryan Devitis set up more than 30 figurines and mannequins in his front yard, including a &#8220;No Talafreako for Texas&#8221; message. Devitis said, &#8220;I just want [Ken] Paxton to win,&#8221; and said he does not think Talarico could be trusted. Neighbors drove by throughout the morning to take photos, and Alicia Weinstein called the decorations &#8220;unbelievable.&#8221; Dallas City Council member Gay Donnell Willis said Devitis&#8217; Christmas decorations cost the city $25,375 to control traffic in 2025.
