Temperatures are forecast to remain under 70 degrees until about 10 a.m. before rising through the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Bradshaw, chief meteorologist at the weather service\u2019s Fort Worth office, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/news\/weather\/article\/fall-weather-reach-dallas-fort-worth-know-22462734.php\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">said Tuesday<\/a> that a ridge of high pressure developing over D-FW will keep temperatures slightly warmer this week, in comparison to the cooler conditions brought during\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/news\/weather\/article\/dallas-weather-heavy-rain-flash-flooding-risk-22456124.php\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">last week\u2019s heavy rain<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Clear skies and light winds are expected to persist throughout the rest of the work week. Afternoon high temperatures will generally rest in the mid- to high-80s, according to the weather service.<\/p>\n<p>Dallas-Fort Worth will be under an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tceq.texas.gov\/airquality\/monops\/forecast_today.html\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">air quality alert<\/a> Wednesday due to the presence of ozone, making it potentially unhealthy for sensitive groups.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>WEDNESDAY: Sunny and warm.
