A new Kia dealership planned near Interstate 35 and Chevy Chase Drive in North Austin is expected to cost $36 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n The project calls for a 206,601-square-foot retail automotive dealership. Construction is expected to begin March 1 and be completed Sept. 30, 2028.<\/p>\n The filing lists CILP Austin II LLC as the owner and MBL Architecture as the design firm.<\/p>\n Location: 7616 N. Interstate 35 and 7715 and 7745 Chevy Chase Drive, Austin Walmart Supercenter in Liberty Hill<\/p>\n Walmart plans to build a 176,246-square-foot Supercenter in Liberty Hill at an estimated cost of $12.2 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n Construction is expected to begin Oct. 26, 2026, and be completed Nov. 11, 2027. A separate TDLR filing lists a $192,000 Walmart fuel station planned at the same location.<\/p>\n Location: Liberty Hill, Williamson County Academy Sports + Outdoors in Manor<\/p>\n Academy Sports + Outdoors plans to build a 55,000-square-foot retail store in Manor at an estimated cost of $6 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n Construction is expected to begin Nov. 3 and be completed March 2, 2027.<\/p>\n Location: Manor, Travis County Walmart remodel in Cedar Park<\/p>\n Walmart plans to remodel and expand an existing store in Cedar Park at an estimated cost of $3.31 million, according to a TDLR filing<\/a>.<\/p>\n The project includes a 35,750-square-foot interior remodel and a 5,669-square-foot addition. Construction is expected to begin Jan. 31 and be completed June 17.<\/p>\n Location: Cedar Park, Williamson County Knowles Retail Shell in Hutto<\/p>\n A 5,232-square-foot retail shell building is planned in Hutto at an estimated cost of $2.835 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n The steel-framed building is designed for future restaurant, retail or commercial tenants. Construction is expected to begin Nov. 30 and be completed July 12.<\/p>\n Location: Hutto, Williamson County Velsa Ranch retail center<\/p>\n A three-story, 22,007-square-foot commercial shell building is planned at Velsa Ranch in Cedar Park at an estimated cost of $2 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n The building is planned for office and retail uses. Construction is expected to begin Jan. 11and be completed June 1.<\/p>\n Location: Austin, Travis County Oak and Stone in Leander<\/p>\n Oak and Stone plans to renovate an existing 5,827-square-foot retail space in Leander at an estimated cost of $1.75 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n Construction is expected to begin Oct. 31 and be completed Dec. 31.<\/p>\n Location: Leander, Williamson County Cavender’s in SouthPark Meadows<\/p>\n Cavender’s plans to renovate its 33,676-square-foot SouthPark Meadows store in Austin at an estimated cost of $1.55 million.<\/p>\n The project includes new floor and wall finishes, exterior signage and d\u00e9cor, fixtures, demolition of existing partitions and construction of new walls. Construction is expected to begin Oct. 15 and be completed Feb. 26.<\/p>\n Location: Austin, Travis County Top Stop C-Store in Lockhart<\/p>\n A new 7,178-square-foot convenience store is planned in Lockhart at an estimated cost of $1.5 million.<\/p>\n The project includes a 5,740-square-foot convenience store and 1,500 square feet of lease space for a future tenant. Construction is expected to begin Nov. 1 and be completed Dec. 1, 2027.<\/p>\n Location: Lockhart, Caldwell County Goodwill store in Lockhart<\/p>\n Goodwill plans to combine four existing retail suites into a 12,243-square-foot store in Lockhart at an estimated cost of $1.3 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n The renovation includes new restrooms, a production area and support spaces. Construction began Sept. 21 and is expected to be completed March 1.<\/p>\n Address: 1326 S.
