Grounded in HOP guidance, the training walks participants through the full peer-observation cycle\u2014pre-observation consultation, data-focused observation strategies for face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses, and effective post-observation feedback that supports continuous improvement. Through brief pre-work and active participation, faculty develop the skills and confidence to serve as certified peer observers and contribute to a culture of collegiality and teaching excellence.
