Lucid Private Offices will occupy the entire ninth floor of the building, holding 83 private offices, 12 team suites, four conference rooms and a dedicated library focus room, according to the company\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>Space can be leased by individuals or teams of employees. The facility also plans to offer day passes for people to rent a desk or an office by the hour or by the day.
