The 24-year-old was last seen at the\u00a0Riverstone Campground in Townsend, Tenn., on Oct.5 around 8 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Jilani is described as a 5&#8217;9&#8243;, 140-pound male with black hair and brown eyes from Texas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Have you seen this person?&#8221; the park service wrote. &#8220;If you have any information or believe you have seen Jilani, please contact the park: SmokiesTips@nps.gov&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>By Thursday afternoon, the post had more than 1,300 likes and 770 shares, with many commenters expressing hope that Jilani would be found safe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s so easy to get lost in the forest if you get off the trail,&#8221; one person wrote. &#8220;Hoping for his safe return.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Please let this young man be found safe,&#8221; wrote another.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Abram Falls trailhead leads to a five-mile roundtrip hike through rhododendron, hemlock and pine-oak forest, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/grsm\/learn\/news\/great-smoky-mountains-national-park-to-begin-construction-on-abrams-falls-trail-starting-august-24.htm\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">according to the National Park Service website<\/a>.
