{"id":461595,"date":"2026-10-09T22:10:09","date_gmt":"2026-10-09T22:10:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/461595\/"},"modified":"2026-10-09T22:10:09","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T22:10:09","slug":"410-homes-coming-to-pearson-ranch-in-northwest-austin-round-rock","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/461595\/","title":{"rendered":"410 homes coming to Pearson Ranch in Northwest Austin | Round Rock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new neighborhood is coming to the 156-acre <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/cedar-park-leander\/housing-real-estate\/first-phase-of-pearson-ranch-development-in-northwest-austin-starts-with-306-unit-apartment-complex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Pearson Ranch<\/a> development.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripointehomes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Tri Pointe Homes<\/a> announced plans to build 410 homes on 85.6 acres in an Oct. 6 news release. Construction on the new homes\u2014located at the northeast corner of SH 45 and Parmer Lane\u2014is expected to begin in early 2027.<\/p>\n<p>About the project\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The neighborhood will include attached row townhomes as well as single-family homes on 40-, 45- and 50-foot lots. Sales are expected to begin in 2028.<\/p>\n<p>A community amenity center with a pool, playground and walking areas is planned as part of the neighborhood, the news release states.
