The indictment alleges he flew a drone across an active runway at Love Field around 11:30 p.m. in late June.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors also allege Gajjar flew the same drone into restricted airspace around DFW Airport the following night and operated as an airman without the required certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Federal agents arrested Gajjar on Sept. 22.
