That was the first Zalat Pizza, and it opened in 2015. \u00a0<\/p>\n
The Duncanville restaurant will be the chain\u2019s 30th location.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe obsess over the pizza because if the pizza isn\u2019t great, none of the rest matters,\u201d said Nguyen, CEO of\u00a0Zalat Pizza, in a statement. \u201cGreat ingredients, people who care, and the freedom to be a little weird. That\u2019s Zalat. As we grow, we\u2019re not going to lose that.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
The company also introduced a refreshed visual identity, including a new logo, an updated website and the tagline \u201cWorth It.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201c\u2018Worth It\u2019 names the promise behind the ingredients, the recipes, and the signature on the box,\u201d the company said in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Zalat is known for its specialty pizza menu, including pies such as the Pho Shizzle, with chicken, red bell peppers, red onions, Hoisin and Sriracha swirls, fresh basil and cilantro; the Pineapple Express, with bacon, pineapple, crushed red pepper, jalape\u00f1os, teriyaki and cilantro; and the Drunken Masterclass, with salami, Italian sausage, pepperoni, red onions, jalape\u00f1os and black pepper.\u00a0<\/p>\n
