The new restaurant is the fifth helmed by Bludorn Hospitality Group and its first expansion outside of Houston, according to its <a href=\"https:\/\/bludornhospitalitygroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>BHG describes Bar Bludorn as an upscale tavern that features a private dining room and outdoor patio seating. Bar Bludorn is inspired by its sister location in Memorial, which opened in 2024, but offers a different menu.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s on the menu?<\/p>\n<p>Bar Bludorn&#8217;s menu features starters such as oysters, which are prepared fried, grilled, raw or dressed, and steak tartare with potato rosti. Entrees include branzino with salsa verde and black garlic za&#8217;atar, bavette steak frites and duck breast served on riso venere.<\/p>\n<p>Bar Bludorn also touts a drink menu that features craft cocktails and a robust wine and spirits selection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Bar Bludorn The Woodlands opened Oct. 2 at The Woodlands Waterway.
