The\u00a0menu will include seasonal options in addition to The Henry’s standard lineup. Breakfast items will include avocado toast, original egg sandwiches and egg-white turkey omelettes, prepared with roasted turkey, smashed avocado,\u00a0pico de gallo, Swiss cheese and parmesan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The weekend brunch menu will include California burritos,\u00a0huevos rancheros enchiladas and quinoa burritos, prepared with eggs, black beans,\u00a0pasilla chile, blistered pepper, avocado and cotija.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For lunch and dinner, diners can choose from panko-crusted sea bass, filet mignon and Wagyu cheeseburgers, which come with lettuce, tomato, pickle, charred onion, white cheddar, American cheese, Henry sauce and French fries.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Dessert options will include lemon olive oil cake, chocolate fudge pie and banana-sticky date pudding, served with chai caramel, candied pecan and banana dulce de leche gelato.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The drinks menu will include a coffee bar with grab-and-go options and drinks such as The Rocket, made with espresso, toasted cinnamon and whole milk. Seasonal drinks will include pumpkin spice cold brew, pumpkin spice lattes and Spiced London Fog.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Cocktails will include The Greatest Neighborhood Margarita, Hank\u2019s Espresso Martini, Lychee Martini, Amalfi Spritz and Western Goods, made with Angel\u2019s Envy bourbon, loose-leaf chai, orange marmalade, Madagascar vanilla and pressed lemon. The restaurant will also offer local craft beers, wines from various regions and house-made nonalcoholic drinks.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The restaurant will have nearly 13,000 square feet, including a patio of more than 2,200 square feet that will wrap around the exterior. The design includes indoor and outdoor bars, an open kitchen, a full-service caf\u00e9 and a private dinning room.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Henry is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, a group founded by restaurateur Sam Fox in Tucson, Ariz., in 1998. Its portfolio includes 12 concepts with more than 90 locations, including Flower Child, Culinary Dropout, North\u00a0Italia and Blanco Cocina + Cantina.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Henry Plano will open daily at 8 a.m. It will close at 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.\u00a0<\/p>\n
