The Halloween-themed afternoon will feature free family programming, hands-on maritime activities, and complimentary admission to the Houston Maritime Center &amp; Museum.<\/p>\n<p>Guests are encouraged to arrive in costume for a children\u2019s costume contest, with creative maritime- and Halloween-inspired looks welcome, including mermaids, sailors, pirates, and other imaginative costumes. The event will also include a live DJ, face painting, balloon art, firetrucks and boats, plus interactive booths from maritime partners.<\/p>\n<p>The family-friendly event is free to attend.
