The Multifamily Group (TMG)<\/a>, a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the successful sale of Del Estrado Townhomes<\/a>, a 75-unit multifamily community in Lubbock, Texas. Built in 1972, the property offers an unusually spacious unit mix of three- and four-bedroom townhomes<\/a> with attached garages, averaging approximately 1,818 square feet.<\/p>\n

Guillermo Gameros<\/a> represented the seller, a national institutional owner, and David Tello<\/a> procured the buyer, a first-time TMG client from out of state. Throughout the transaction, TMG worked closely with all parties through lender underwriting and challenging debt market conditions to bring the deal to a successful close.<\/p>\n

This marks TMG\u2019s fourth transaction in Lubbock in the last 12 months, with a fifth currently on the market.\u201d<\/p>\n
