EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 Deputy constables with the El Paso County Constable\u2019s Office, Precinct Six arrested a 34-year-old man Saturday afternoon on multiple felony warrants after locating him at an apartment complex in East El Paso.<\/p>\n
The constable\u2019s office said the arrest happened at about 12:05 p.m. in the 600 block of Lee Trevino. <\/p>\n
Deputy constables went to the complex to look for a person wanted on multiple felony warrants, knocked on an apartment door and said Mauricio Toscano answered.<\/p>\n
Deputies recognized Toscano as the wanted person and took him into custody, the constable\u2019s office said. <\/p>\n
He was transported to the downtown El Paso County Detention Facility, taken before a jail magistrate for a magistrate warning, and then booked into the detention facility.<\/p>\n
According to the constable\u2019s office, Toscano was booked under 45 criminal charges tied to warrant No. 20240D04095. <\/p>\n
The charges listed include 20 counts of possession of child pornography, 18 counts of sexual performance of a child under 14 employ\/induce\/authorize, six counts of online solicitation of a minor under 14, and one count of online solicitation of a minor sexual conduct.<\/p>\n
The constable\u2019s office said one of the sexual performance of a child under 14 employ\/induce\/authorize charges has a $250,000 bond, and the additional 44 combined charges have no bond.<\/p>\n
