I know for a fact that the first jalapeño sausage I ever tasted came from St. Joseph’s.

These humble, hardworking sausage makers changed my life for the better. Some people have a spiritual awakening. I had a sausage awakening.

More Than Just Sausage

The event has grown into St. Joseph’s Oktoberfest and Sausagefest. You can still pick up sausage by the pound, but you can also enjoy live music, a full dinner, German beer, and plenty more.
Read More: Pecan Pie, The Fall Treat That Defines This Region

Maybe you’re ready to party.
