Slaughter Lane, according to the Austin Police Department.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cbsaustin.com\/news\/local\/17-year-old-arrested-in-shooting-near-round-rock-public-library\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ALSO | 17-year-old arrested in shooting near Round Rock Public Library<\/a><\/p>\n<p>An officer in the area saw a man firing a handgun toward a nearby shopping center and chased him as he ran away, police said. Officers detained the man, identified as Keontray Bailey, and later found a handgun along the path he ran.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators found bullet damage to several vehicles and a nearby business.
