Construction is expected to begin this fall, with completion planned for fall 2028.<\/p>\n<p>What to know<\/p>\n<p>According to a Hall Park media release, Terra Residences will offer 105 apartment homes serving both Hall Park tenants and Frisco residents. The property will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bed floor plans, with an average unit size of approximately 900 square feet, open-concept layouts and modern design.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Terra Residences is located within Hall Park\u2019s evolving mixed-use district, offering residents access to green space and hospitality-driven programming, lakes, walking trails and planned retail and dining destinations like<a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/frisco\/dining\/tango-room-to-bring-modern-steakhouse-to-friscos-hall-park\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"> Tango Room<\/a> and<a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/frisco\/dining\/commissary-cafe-neighborhood-market-to-open-in-friscos-hall-park\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"> Commissary<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Terra Residences is also located near the newly developed<a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/frisco\/development\/hall-park-breaks-ground-on-office-building-park-expansion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"> Kaleidoscope Park<\/a>.
