It will provide a 10-foot-wide concrete surface designed for cycling, walking, running and dog walking as well as easy access for strollers and wheelchairs.<\/p>\n<p>The project was recommended in the city\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedarparktexas.gov\/167\/City-Projects\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Master Mobility Plan<\/a>.
