Just one low performer:<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">MotoMedi Mediterranean, 11417 Slide Rd. \u2014 13 violations<\/p>\n<p>Multiple cold foods above the safe cold temperature of 41 degreesSeveral hot foods not at least 135 degreesDiced onions held past use-by dateRaw chicken stored above raw beefClean knives stored on dirty magnetic knife blockDirty can openerService sink not plumbed correctlyDamaged spatulasLight visible through gap under rear doorCleaned plastic containers stacked wet, not allowing proper air dryingBreadcrumb scoop handle touching foodCleaned containers stored on dusty lower shelvesContainer labeled \u201cpickles\u201d with Oct. 9 discard date still stored Oct. 13<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The report shows most violations were corrected at the time of inspection.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 KCBD.
