If you\u2019ve been building yours since August\u2014or just want to admire everyone else\u2019s handiwork\u2014the Dallas Halloween Block Party \u2013 described as \u201cthe biggest street party in Texas\u201d \u2013 returns to Cedar Springs Road this October \u2013\u00a0with free entry!<\/p>\n<p>Cedar Springs is getting dressed up<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Held in the heart of Oak Lawn\u2019s LGBTQ+ nightlife district, the annual block party brings over ten thousand revelers to the strip for one of the neighborhood\u2019s biggest nights out.
