Molinare said.<\/p>\n<p>What you need to know<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stayatboheme.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Boh\u00e8me<\/a> has 20 rooms in a former apartment building near downtown, according to a news release from developer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hospitalitynet.org\/announcement\/41013626\/elysian-real-estate-group-announces-boheme-a-new-boutique-hotel-coming-to-east-austin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Elysian Real Estate Group<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The hotel was first <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/north-central-austin\/business\/boutique-hotel-boheme-coming-to-east-austin-in-summer-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">slated to open<\/a> Oct. 1, but inspection delays pushed back its timeline, Molinare told Community Impact.<\/p>\n<p>The rooms<\/p>\n<p>Guests can choose from 14 standard rooms and six signature suites, according to the release. All rooms have private kitchens, according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stayatboheme.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">hotel\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The suites each follow a different theme, including The Den, a nod to the green rooms of Austin\u2019s music venues.<\/p>\n<p>Mark your calendar<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will host a grand opening event the evening of Nov. 5, when its rooftop bar, Higher Spirits, officially opens, Molinare said.
