Face Foundri\u00e9 will open a location in the Heights as the facial bar continues to expand in the Houston area. <\/p>\n

What is it?<\/p>\n

Founder and CEO Michele Henry launched the company in 2019 to create more accessible and approachable skincare services.<\/p>\n

Face Foundri\u00e9 offers facials, face waxing and brow and lash extensions. It also offers special enhancements, including:<\/p>\n

Chemical peels<\/p>\n

Dermaplaning<\/p>\n

Enzyme masks<\/p>\n

Hydrating lip masks<\/p>\n

Scalp massage<\/p>\n

The spa currently has locations near West University Place, Pearland and Sugar Land. In addition to the Heights, it will soon open locations in Friendswood and Katy. <\/p>\n

What else? <\/p>\n

The Heights location will be inside the Swift Building, which is being redeveloped as part of a 4.47-acre mixed-use development. <\/p>\n

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/a>, the project will cost approximately $150,000 and will include renovations like new walls, plumbing and electrical systems. <\/p>\n

The renovations are expected to be completed by February 2027.
