Roanoke Suites opened Aug. 14, 2006, as Comfort Suites. <\/p>\n<p>According to its website, Roanoke Suites is an extended-stay hotel that offers free breakfast, a fitness center, a pool and pet-friendly accommodations.<\/p>\n<p>Patel said the hotel is currently using the name Roanoke Suites but is in the process of rebranding with IHG Hotels and Resorts as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihg.com\/candlewood\/hotels\/us\/en\/reservation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Candlewood Suites <\/a>within the next eight months. <\/p>\n<p>The renovation will include adding kitchenettes to each room. Patel said she has until August 2027 to complete the rebranding.<\/p>\n<p>What else?<\/p>\n<p>Patel is also opening a new hotel near Texas Motor Speedway. She said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihg.com\/staybridge\/hotels\/us\/en\/northlake\/dalnl\/hoteldetail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Staybridge Suites Northlake-Speedway Area<\/a> is expected to open by the end of 2026. The hotel will be located at 3855 Dale Earnhardt Way.<\/p>\n<p>Patel said the 92-room hotel will offer another extended-stay option through IHG and will have a bar that serves food.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Roanoke Suites celebrated its 20th anniversary in business in August.
