An AMBER Alert was issued weeks later as investigators searched for the missing infant.<\/p>\n<p>On July 10, Maximina Cisneros was found injured near Mission Concepci\u00f3n and taken to a hospital. Later that day, search crews found human remains off Parkview Drive, not far from where she was located.
