F\u2013k,\u201d Biles said through tears in a video posted to TikTok<\/a>, capturing the real estate journey. \u201cThis house will be on the market for the first time and I don\u2019t know why I\u2019m boohoo crying. Tiktok\/Simone Biles<\/p>\n The property was listed for $1.275 million and sold for somewhere between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, according to the Houston Association of Realtors<\/a>, which does not disclose exact sale prices.<\/p>\n The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits on just over an acre and features a heated backyard swimming pool, a sauna, a dog-washing station and a custom wine wall with a fridge.<\/p>\n The home also boasts a waterfall island kitchen with quartz countertops, a hidden pantry, a spa-inspired primary bathroom and an oversized three-car garage.<\/p>\n The 3,998-square-foot property sold for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million after just four days on the market.<\/p>\n The home features a heated backyard swimming pool and a dedicated dog-washing station. ?Instagram<\/p>\n The property went under contract Sept. 26, four days after the listing went live, and closed Oct. 15, the Houston Business Journal reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n Biles also clarified in the comments that the property was not the couple\u2019s newly built mansion<\/a>, which is also located in Spring, Texas.<\/p>\n The Olympian announced in November 2025 that their custom home was complete after a design process that began in 2020 and took more than a year, followed by a wait for homeowners association approval before construction began in February 2022.<\/p>\n The home was finally completed Nov. 11, 2025, after nearly three years of construction.<\/p>\n Biles and Owens married in April 2023 after meeting on the dating app Raya in 2020.
