Proposed Annexation of 0.99 acres for a fast-food restaurant with a drive-through, upon request by the landowner, Plaza Michoacana, Inc.<\/p>\n

The public hearing will take place on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, during a regular City Council meeting which begins at 11:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers at Corpus Christi City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, TX.\u00a0 Comment procedures can be found at:

The proposed annexation area encompasses land that is currently in the City’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The ETJ promotes and protects the general health, safety, and welfare of persons residing in and adjacent to the municipalities. A Municipal Services Plan will be available online before the public hearing at:<\/p>\n
