Kiln’s new Legacy North location opens Nov. 2 with private offices, podcast and wellness studios and flexible memberships \n<\/p>\n
Plano professionals will soon have another place to work, collaborate and connect. Kiln is opening its new 29,000-square-foot coworking space at Legacy North on Nov. 2, marking the company’s second Texas location and bringing a mix of private offices, shared workspaces and amenities to the growing business district.<\/p>\n
The opening follows a $2.5 million coworking project previously reported<\/a> by Local Profile, which outlined Kiln’s plans to establish a presence in Plano. Located at 7300 Lone Star Drive, Suite C201, the new workspace is designed to accommodate independent professionals, growing businesses and larger teams looking for flexible office arrangements.<\/p>\n What’s Inside Kiln Plano?<\/p>\n The 29,000-square-foot location offers resident desks, private offices, team suites, conference rooms and shared work areas. Members will also have access to a podcast studio, wellness studio, daily refreshments and community programming focused on professional development, networking and health and wellness.<\/p>\n Club memberships start at $395 per month, while private offices begin at $1,500 per month.<\/p>\n The space is designed to accommodate businesses at different stages of growth, with private offices for one to 15 people and larger team studios for groups of 15 to 50. Design features include 24-foot ceilings, natural light, comfortable gathering areas and quieter spaces for focused work.<\/p>\n “As someone born and raised in Texas, I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand how much North Texas has grown and evolved,” Kiln Plano Community Manager Laycee Gonzalez said in an official statement. “Through my conversations with local business owners and entrepreneurs, one thing has become clear: people are looking for more than just a place to work. They’re looking for flexibility, meaningful connections and a community that supports their growth.”<\/p>\n Kiln Expands Its North Texas Presence<\/p>\n Kiln entered the Texas market in June 2026 with its first location at Preston Hollow in Dallas.<\/p>\n According to the company, nine of the 10 available team offices at that location have already been filled. The Plano opening extends Kiln’s presence into Collin County, where the company hopes to attract entrepreneurs, established businesses and enterprise teams seeking flexible workspaces.<\/p>\n “Our goal isn’t simply to provide beautiful workspaces, but to create an environment where businesses can put down roots, relationships can flourish, and people feel genuinely connected to the community around them,” Gonzalez said.<\/p>\n Kiln expects to operate more than 25 locations across the United States by the end of 2026, with additional openings planned in several states.
