EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 69-year-old man in El Paso’s Segundo Barrio has been arrested on bestiality charges– the incident caught on camera.

According to the El Paso Police Department, Jimmy Nerio was arrested after investigators alleged that Nerio was seen exposing his genitals to two pit bull mixes, which then licked them.

The incident reportedly happened on Wednesday at around 5:30 p.m. on the 1000 block of St. Vrain.

According to the arrest report, a witness who lives next door to the owner of the two dogs said they were eating dinner when they allegedly saw Nerio, who was only wearing shorts, pull his shorts down so the dogs would lick his genitals.

The witness reports that the act lasted about 20 minutes and, incredulous, took video with their cell phone and called the police.

The report lists that investigators watched the video.

Jail records show Nerio was booked into the El Paso County Downtown jail on Friday and held on a $2,500 bond.

EPPD said the dogs remain in their owner’s care.
