{"id":475356,"date":"2026-10-24T10:48:08","date_gmt":"2026-10-24T10:48:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/475356\/"},"modified":"2026-10-24T10:48:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-24T10:48:08","slug":"dallas-weather-sunny-warm-weekend-ahead-for-d-fw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/475356\/","title":{"rendered":"Dallas weather: Sunny, warm weekend ahead for D-FW"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to the National Weather Service\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/fwd\/\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fort Worth office<\/a>, Saturday\u2019s high is forecast to reach 85 degrees, with a low of 59.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>By Sunday, daily high temperatures are forecast to dip back into the lower 80s to upper 70s, according to the weather service.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to the weather service, Dallas-Fort Worth\u2019s recent warmer weather is being driven by a ridge of high pressure that is forecast to lessen by Monday and Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The ridge is quite strong for late October standards, leading to \u201cunseasonably warm afternoon highs,\u201d the weather service said in its Friday afternoon forecast.<\/p>\n<p>High temperatures for this time of year typically average around the mid-70s, according to the weather service\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/fwd\/dfw_records_normals\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">historical records.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Forecasters are also watching a cold front that could approach North Texas later next week, potentially bringing rainy weather closer to Halloween festivities.<\/p>\n<p>SATURDAY: Sun, clouds and warm.
