(KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 After months of delays, residents will get a chance to weigh in on how Project Jupiter, a large data center under construction in Santa Teresa, could affect local air quality during a public hearing scheduled for 9 a.m. Dec. 7.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing will be held at the Sunland Park Multi-Generational Center, 4700 McNutt Road. The first day is reserved for public comment, with three minutes allowed per speaker.<\/p>\n<p>Developers plan to generate electricity for the site using natural gas fuel cells. The court later denied those petitions.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the environmental group New Energy Economy is asking that the application be dismissed as incomplete.
