A large crowd gathered inside during the afternoon event, which came with 10 days remaining until Election Day.<\/p>\n<p>The stop was part of Talarico\u2019s \u201cClear Eyes, Full Hearts\u201d campaign tour. Actress Eva Longoria, known for \u201cDesperate Housewives,\u201d also joined him.<\/p>\n<p>At the rally, Talarico focused on the cost of living, sharing stories of Texans struggling to afford rent and other basic expenses. He also criticized the influence of billionaires in politics and urged supporters to keep working through Election Day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have to execute. We have to leave it all on the field. We have to win. Our fellow Texans are counting on us,\u201d Talarico said.<\/p>\n<p>His Republican opponent, Ken Paxton, also campaigned Saturday, making stops in New Braunfels and Georgetown north of Austin alongside Sen. Ted Cruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we lose Texas, we lose America. That&#8217;s what we&#8217;re fighting for.
