The name comes from an Italian phrase meaning \u201cwe eat really good today\u201d or \u201cthe luxury of life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant offers a traditional Italian fare using simple and authentic ingredients, many imported from Italy.<\/p>\n<p>Di Buglione also said there will be tableside experiences, Italian hospitality and a pasta room in the middle of the restaurant where customers can watch pasta being made fresh daily.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s more going to be an experience,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s not going to be the same restaurant for everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The business moved into the location formerly occupied by Catch 22 and is currently undergoing renovations and licensing.<\/p>\n<p>Meet the chef<\/p>\n<p>Di Buglione started working in Italy when he was 12 years old to help support his family.
