EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 Families looking for free Halloween fun can spend Saturday trick-or-treating at recreation and community centers across El Paso, where the city is hosting a series of Halloween Carnivals from 3 to 6 p.m.<\/p>\n
