Coming off of a 38-21 road victory, Jerry Jones<\/a> and the Dallas Cowboys<\/a> can once again start dreaming big. Even though they\u2019re still sporting a losing record at 3-4, the NFC East appears wide open, and the offense is back on track.<\/p>\n

The team\u2019s defense remains its Achilles heel. Given Jones\u2019 penchant for pulling off big trades, rumors have begun swirling once again, and it\u2019s a familiar name that\u2019s on the Cowboys\u2019 radar: Las Vegas Raiders pass rusher Maxx Crosby.<\/p>\n

Longtime Cowboys radio reporter says Cowboys are going to get Maxx Crosby<\/p>\n

Crosby has been linked to the Cowboys for quite some time now. Longtime Cowboys reporter and former front office executive Bryan Broaddus has made a bold prediction that Crosby will be a Cowboys player before the trade deadline.<\/p>\n

Sometimes you have to think about, you have no pass rush, and it’s a shame that it hasn’t materialized like we all thought it might. I’m gonna make a bold prediction: I think they’re gonna get Maxx Crosby. I think they’re gonna go get Maxx Crosby.<\/p>\n

The Raiders haven\u2019t exactly been benefiting from his services this season, as their defense is struggling mightily. Crosby has also, literally, been traded recently. The Raiders sent him to the Baltimore Ravens this past offseason, only to see the AFC North team pull out of it after Crosby\u2019s medical tests came back unfavorably.<\/p>\n

Dallas could really use an elite defensive player like Crosby. They\u2019ve been clamoring for pass-rushing help ever since the team traded away Micah Parsons. Jones isn’t afraid of giving up draft capital if he believes there’s hope of a playoff run for his team.
