SAN ANTONIO \u2013 Far West Side<\/p>\n

TxDOT announced some major work that will be done this weekend on U.S. Highway 90 from Loop 1604 to Loop 410. <\/p>\n

Highway 90 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, to 5 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, for striping operations. <\/p>\n

One direction will be fully closed at a time. Plan for delays, especially Saturday afternoon and evening during Halloween. <\/p>\n

This work is all part of the US 90 expansion project from Loop 410 to SH 211. <\/p>\n

Far North Side<\/p>\n

On the far North Side, TxDOT will close the following locations for bridge widening at Highway 281 and Loop 1604. <\/p>\n

Southbound (SB) US 281 frontage road at the Loop 1604 interchange<\/p>\n

Eastbound (EB) to westbound (WB) Loop 1604 U-turn at US 281 <\/p>\n

The weekend closures are expected to begin at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, through 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, weather permitting. <\/p>\n

NE Side<\/p>\n

There will also be planned construction on the near Northeast Side over the weekend for the I-35 Northeast Expansion Program. TxDOT will close:<\/p>\n

Southbound (SB) I-35 frontage road at Eisenhauer Road<\/p>\n

SB I-35 Exit 164 A<\/p>\n

Northbound (NB) to SB I-35 U-turn at Eisenhauer Road <\/p>\n

These closures are expected to occur from 11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, to 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2. <\/p>\n

And finally, TxDOT will also have a smaller closure starting Saturday night to Sunday morning. The area impacted will be:<\/p>\n

Southbound (SB) I-35 frontage road south of Fratt Road<\/p>\n

SB I-35 Exit 165 <\/p>\n

This nighttime closure is expected to occur from 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, to 8 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, weather permitting. Be safe on the roads this Halloween weekend!<\/p>\n
