DALLAS – At least nine people were shot, and four people are dead after multiple shootings in Dallas’ Deep Ellum district early Sunday morning.<\/p>\n
Crowds of people were in the popular bar district to celebrate Halloween at the time.<\/p>\n
Deep Ellum Halloween Shootings <\/p>\n
What we know:<\/p>\n
Sources tell FOX 4 the shootings happened at three different scenes in the Deep Ellum area.<\/p>\n
The scenes are not believed to be related.<\/p>\n
Police were called to the area of Elm Street and Good Latimer Expressway shortly after midnight for a shooting.<\/p>\n
A second shooting scene was in the area of Good Latimer Expressway near Main and Commerce Streets, shortly after 1 am.<\/p>\n
A third shooting scene was located between Commerce and Canton on Crowdus Street. Video from the scene shows a car crashed into multiple vehicles.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Four people are dead, and at least five others were taken to the hospital.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Due to the large crowds for Halloween, officers from across the city were called to the area to help manage the scenes.<\/p>\n
Officers shut down several blocks.<\/p>\n

Police have not announced any arrests or details about the circumstances of the shooting.<\/p>\n
At this time, no details about the conditions and names of the victims have been released.<\/p>\n
