{"id":483219,"date":"2026-11-01T15:32:07","date_gmt":"2026-11-01T15:32:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/483219\/"},"modified":"2026-11-01T15:32:07","modified_gmt":"2026-11-01T15:32:07","slug":"night-out-turns-violent-as-gunfire-erupts-outside-la-cantera-area-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/483219\/","title":{"rendered":"Night out turns violent as gunfire erupts outside La Cantera-area business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAN ANTONIO &#8211; A night out took a violent turn early Sunday morning when someone opened fire on a business near La Cantera, leaving a 34-year-old man wounded.<\/p>\n<p>The shooting happened around 2 a.m. in the 17000 block of La Cantera Parkway on the Northwest Side.<\/p>\n<p>Police said a group of people had been kicked out of the business after causing a disturbance.<\/p>\n<p>But instead of leaving quietly, one or more people from the group reportedly went to their vehicles and began firing shots at the business as they drove away.<\/p>\n<p>A 34-year-old man who was standing outside was caught in the gunfire and shot in the lower body. He was taken to a nearby hospital. His condition has not been released.<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been announced.
