{"id":48738,"date":"2025-11-14T00:15:14","date_gmt":"2025-11-14T00:15:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/48738\/"},"modified":"2025-11-14T00:15:14","modified_gmt":"2025-11-14T00:15:14","slug":"hyatt-house-dfw-coming-to-dallas-fort-worth-international-airport-in-2027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/48738\/","title":{"rendered":"Hyatt House DFW coming to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in 2027"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHyatt Hotels Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony Nov. 10 for a new hotel at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dfwairport.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Dallas Fort Worth International Airport<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyatt.com\/hyatt-house\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hyatt House<\/a> DFW hotel will be at the Southgate entrance at the airport, and the extended-stay hotel expects to be open in the summer of 2027, according to a news release.<\/p>\n<p>The details <\/p>\n<p>Hyatt House DFW will have 130 residential-style suites for single-night stays or extended stays, and rooms will include separate living areas and a full kitchen, according to a news release<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will also have:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyatt.com\/content\/dam\/hotel\/propertysites\/assets\/house\/atlxp\/documents\/en_us\/dining\/h-bar\/ATLXP-Hyatt-House-Atlanta-Perimeter-Hbar-Menu_April_2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">H Bar<\/a>, offering craft cocktails and small platesComplimentary morning breakfastFlexible workspaces featuring regionally inspired artwork24\/7 fitness room4,750 square feet of meeting space2,900 square feet of patio spacePet-friendly accommodationsOn-site laundryQuote of note <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re honored to strengthen our relationship with DFW and provide lodging options for a variety of stay occasions,\u201d said Jim Tierney, Hyatt&#8217;s head of development, classics and essentials portfolio for US East. \u201cHyatt House DFW will mark the first extended-stay property on DFW\u2019s airport campus. We look forward to offering residential-style accommodations for both short- and long-term stays, whether traveling for business or leisure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What else?<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will sit adjacent to Hyatt Place DFW and will be the fourth Hyatt-branded hotel at DFW. The other two are Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport and Grand Hyatt DFW.<\/p>\n<p>According to the news release, DFW Airport will own the hotel, Hyatt will operate the hotel, and the developer will be <a href=\"https:\/\/woodbinedevelopment.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Woodbine Development Corporation<\/a>.
