The incident happened between 5 and 6 p.m. Nov. 13 in downtown Round Rock near Back Porch Social.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Police later clarified that the shooting happened in front of TwoRooted Salon at 403 West Main Street.<\/p>\n
Police report that the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived and one person has been shot.<\/p>\n
This is believed to be an isolated incident and the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
