Ratliff led CCU to several competitive performances in 2024–25, including three All–RMAC Honorable Mention selections, earning the confidence of the athletic department to guide the program long-term. She previously served as a CCU assistant from 2019–21 and now begins her first full season shaping the Cougars’ rebuild.

2 > The Cougars enter the year projected 10th in the RMAC Preseason Coaches’ Poll with 75 points, reflecting both the depth of the league and CCU’s transitional roster. Last season, the RMAC featured elite defensive teams at the top, and Colorado Christian will look to climb the ladder behind Ratliff’s full-year structure and several returning contributors.

3 > Friday’s game serves as the season opener for the Cougars, who dropped an 81-26 exhibition decision at Colorado State.
