According to the Lubbock Police Department (LPD) news release<\/a>, officers responding to a call of shots fired at the 6900 block of Genoa Avenue<\/a> on November 13 were met with quite the story.<\/p>\n It turns out that, at around 3:23 in the afternoon, 51-year-old Sylas Smart <\/a>was arguing with a woman at the Genoa residence.
