If you do not have or cannot obtain one of these photo identifications, you can complete a Reasonable Impediment Declaration (RID) at the voting site and present a supporting document.<\/p>\n Civilian Ballot by Mail – If you requested a ballot by mail and later decide to vote in person, bring your mailed ballot with you and surrender it at the voting site.
