The assault happened along a residential jogging route when the teen allegedly struck the woman twice before she fought him off, causing him to run from the area.<\/p>\n<p data-uri=\"www.audacy.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmi36gkz6001l357tjkzz13a9@published\" data-editable=\"text\" class=\"paragraph paragraph--station\">Plano police later identified the suspect as Sergio Noe De Nova Duarte and arrested him a short time after the attack. Investigators say the woman suffered injuries but was able to provide enough information to help officers locate the suspect.<\/p>\n<p data-uri=\"www.audacy.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmi36gl15001m357tur2i1r0x@published\" data-editable=\"text\" class=\"paragraph paragraph--station\">Police also say the teen did not have legal immigration status in the U.S., a detail they confirmed after taking him into custody.
