Homes across the eight Southwest Austin and Dripping Springs ZIP codes spent an average of 66 days on the market in October 2025, down 8% from an average of 72 days last year.<\/p>\n

September 2025 also saw a decrease in time spent on the market compared to September 2024, as previously reported<\/a> by Community Impact.<\/p>\n
