LUBBOCK, Texas<\/a> \u2014 On Monday, Antonia Isabel Reyes, 38, was indicted on charges stemming from an incident on Oct. 20, 2025.<\/p>\n

According to court documents, Reyes forcibly assaulted a Special Agent with Homeland Security and a Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives during the aforementioned incident.<\/p>\n

Reyes was indicted on both counts of Assaulting a Federal Officer Involving Physical Contact.
