{"id":55198,"date":"2025-11-18T22:09:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T22:09:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/55198\/"},"modified":"2025-11-18T22:09:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T22:09:07","slug":"floyd-road-set-for-construction-lane-closures-in-richardson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/55198\/","title":{"rendered":"Floyd Road set for construction, lane closures in Richardson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRoad work is set to start on Floyd Road on Nov. 20, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cor.net\/Home\/Components\/News\/News\/8428\/73?backlist=%2f\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a news release from the city<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The specifics<\/p>\n<p>The construction project on Floyd will span from Belt Line Road to the US 75 frontage road.<\/p>\n<p>The construction is part of the city\u2019s annual street maintenance program, and will include replacement of sections of the road\u2019s pavement.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, southbound lanes from Floyd to Scottsdale Drive will be closed from 7 a.m.-6 p.m., and additional lane closures will be instituted as the work continues south.
