SAN ANTONIO – A man had tragically died after being reportedly pinned between a tractor-trailer and a loading dock.<\/p>\n
Just before 1 p.m. on Wednesday, first responders were called to the Pepsi Bottling Plant at 6100 NE Loop 410 for reports of a pedestrian accident, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.<\/p>\n
When crews arrived, CPR was in progress on the adult male patient. Fire and EMS crews took over lifesaving efforts; however, they were unsuccessful.<\/p>\n
The victim, who has yet to be identified, was pronounced deceased at the scene. <\/p>\n
The incident remains under investigation.
